At Edificam “We build to create life” and since the creation of the company in 2005 we have specialised as a construction company in Mallorca in high quality homes. We understand the needs of this type of client, whether they are developers or future owners. We look after them from the management of the project to the delivery of the turnkey property, gaining their trust and peace of mind.

Recognising that our clients demand a level of quality well above the norm, we are committed to respecting their privacy at all times, dealing with them in their own language and being almost always available.

To achieve this, we have our own team of more than 100 people, which is undoubtedly our greatest asset, allowing us to offer the highest quality in the execution of the work down to the last detail and, finally, our commitment to the delivery to the client and the maintenance of the property.

In addition, we at Edificam are committed to innovation as a construction company in Mallorca, having recently built one of the first houses with geothermal energy and an A-certificate, because we are committed to the environment and sustainability.
